„The longer you wait to take a chance in your life,
the less time you’ll have to take advantage of it when you finally do.”

Inspired by a conversation with Daniel Arsham

As Chief Digital Officer and Member of the Management Board at Havas Media Network, I lead initiatives focused on digital transformation, AI adoption, capability building and modern communication.

My role spans digital strategy, talent development and the growth of digital products and services across Havas Media Network, Havas Play, Havas Market and CSA. What interests me most is not technology itself, but how it influences people, teams and the long-term success of organizations.

Over the years, I have built my career within international organizations and global brands, including T-Mobile and Red Bull. Working across different business environments, cultures and leadership models has shaped a practical approach grounded in experience rather than theory.

Alongside my executive responsibilities, I contribute to the development of the industry as a jury member for leading awards, including Effie Awards, MIXX Awards, TikTok Awards CEE and YouTube Works Awards, and as a member of the programme councils of IAB Forum and Emma Awards.

I am also a lecturer and trainer in the field of AI in marketing at Kozminski University. Through conferences, industry events and educational initiatives, I share perspectives on digital transformation, leadership, strategic AI adoption and future-ready skills.

My experience has taught me that the biggest challenges within organizations rarely stem from a lack of knowledge. More often, they arise from unclear communication, decision fatigue and a lack of shared understanding.

That is why my work focuses on helping people navigate complexity and facilitating conversations that restore clarity, accountability and purpose.

I see technology and AI not as trends, but as tools that support better decisions, stronger processes and more effective collaboration. From strategy and design to implementation and scale, I approach every innovation with one principle in mind: technology only creates value when it serves people.

In my mentoring work, I combine executive leadership experience with proprietary frameworks and practical tools, including decision-making frameworks, influence mapping, and work around tension, accountability and leadership challenges.

I work in line with the standards and ethical code of EMCC Global.

Throughout my career, I have been a reminder that experience does not always come with age.
At 33, I joined the Management Board, taking responsibility for large teams and key areas of the business.

I have always chosen what was challenging, uncertain and new. That experimental mindset, willingness to test ideas, learn through action and reflect on outcomes is something I now bring to the leaders I work with.

FAQ

„Mentoring is a learning relationship that involves sharing skills, knowledge, and experience between a mentor and a mentee through developmental conversations, the exploration of experiences, and role modelling. This relationship can apply to a wide variety of contexts and is a two-way partnership for mutual learning in which differences are valued.”

For me, mentoring is more than a one-to-one development process. It is also about sharing knowledge, experience and perspectives that help people broaden their thinking, make more intentional decisions and build their own path forward.

That is why I have created a space where I share experience, insights and practical tools. Here, you will find articles, educational resources and content focused on leadership, career development, emerging technologies and building a meaningful career with intention.

I analyze each application individually, attentively considering the individual's needs, goals, and career stage. I invite individuals to the mentoring program who I can truly help develop, make decisions, and achieve specific career goals.

The mentoring program is commercial in nature. After reviewing applications, I contact selected individuals to discuss the possibilities of collaboration and its potential scope.

From time to time, I also implement special mentoring and educational initiatives, which may be free of charge. I publish information about these programs on an ongoing basis.
