Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles in digital strategy and e-commerce, including at T-Mobile, where I led projects that translated technology into measurable business results.

    I analyze each application individually, attentively considering the individual's needs, goals, and career stage. I invite individuals to the mentoring program who I can truly help develop, make decisions, and achieve specific career goals.

    The mentoring program is commercial in nature. After reviewing applications, I contact selected individuals to discuss the possibilities of collaboration and its potential scope.

    From time to time, I also implement special mentoring and educational initiatives, which may be free of charge. I publish information about these programs on an ongoing basis.
