Where Mentoring Takes on a Broader Meaning
Thoughtful decisions. Sustainable growth. Meaningful change.
Mentoring is more than a single conversation. It is a way of thinking about both professional and personal growth
In a world full of opportunities, collecting knowledge is easy. Turning it into clear decisions and consistent action is much harder.
That is why I create a space where I share experience, insights and practical tools. Here, you will find articles, educational resources and content focused on leadership, career development, emerging technologies and shaping your own path with intention.
For me, mentoring is not limited to one-to-one sessions. It is also about sharing knowledge and perspectives that help people see new possibilities, find direction and pursue their goals with confidence.
My approach combines:
The outcome?
Greater clarity, stronger ownership of decisions and a career path aligned with your values, ambitions and professional reality.
You can start by reading, exploring and reflecting.
And if you decide to work more deeply on your goals, challenges or next career move, you are welcome to apply for individual mentoring.

What Is Mentoring?
Mentoring is often defined as a developmental relationship in which a more experienced person supports another in building capabilities and making decisions.
For me, it is something more.
It is a conversation that brings clarity to your thinking.
It is a process that strengthens your sense of ownership and confidence.
It is a relationship that stays with you long after a single meeting.
How I Work
I am a certified mentor (EMCC Foundation EQA) and a graduate of postgraduate studies in mentoring at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
For me, mentoring is a structured process that leads to better decisions and meaningful change.
Clarity First
At the beginning, we bring structure to the situation and identify:
- what the real challenge is and what is merely a symptom
- what requires a decision now and what can wait
Only once the situation is clear do we move forward
Three Dimensions of Growth
Throughout the process, we explore three interconnected areas:
- Capabilities – your expertise, knowledge and professional skills
- Professional Identity – who you are as a leader, expert or decision-maker
- Decisions – the choices and actions that align with your goals and current reality
Reflection Leads to Action
- Every conversation should lead to practical outcomes
- Each session ends with insights you can apply immediately in your work and daily decisions
- Mentoring is not about moving faster. It is about finding the right pace and direction
Technology as Context
- We work in the context of digital transformation and AI
- Modern leadership requires balancing technology with responsibility and human impact
The Two Dimensions of Leadership and Growth
In mentoring, I focus on two interconnected dimensions:
External Capabilities
Your expertise, experience, technical knowledge, organizational role and understanding of how businesses operate
Internal Capabilities
Your self-awareness, decision-making approach, ability to communicate your value and resilience in times of pressure and change
More often than not, the challenge is not a lack of knowledge.
It is the gap between who you are and how you show up in the world.
Mentoring helps bridge that gap and create greater clarity, consistency and direction.

For me, mentoring is more than a one-to-one development process. It is also about sharing knowledge, experience and perspectives that help people broaden their thinking, make more intentional decisions and build their own path forward.
That is why I have created a space where I share experience, insights and practical tools. Here, you will find articles, educational resources and content focused on leadership, career development, emerging technologies and building a meaningful career with intention.
Mentoring is a structured process with clear foundations, while remaining flexible and tailored to your needs.
In practice:
- we begin with an introductory conversation to clarify your goals and focus areas
- together, we define the direction and framework of our work
- we meet regularly, typically for 6–8 sessions lasting 60–90 minutes
- between sessions, reflection turns into action through real-life application
I do not follow a rigid formula. Every mentoring journey is tailored to the individual, their stage of development and the context in which they operate.
Mentoring provides a framework for clearer thinking and better decision-making in real-world professional situations.

Yes. In fact, one of the most common outcomes of the first sessions is gaining clarity, understanding your situation and defining a meaningful direction forward.
Mentoring combines coaching-based reflection with the mentor’s experience and perspective. We work not only with questions and insights, but also with real-world professional challenges, decisions and contexts.
No. Mentoring is not a substitute for therapy. We focus on growth, decision-making and professional development, while acknowledging emotions without entering a therapeutic process.
A mentoring journey typically consists of 6–8 sessions lasting 60–90 minutes each. The exact scope depends on your goals, development priorities and current career stage.
Not every challenge requires a full mentoring programme. Some leaders and professionals choose a single consultation or a shorter series of sessions to explore a specific challenge, gain a fresh perspective, benefit from my experience or navigate an important professional decision.
No. I work with people at the beginning of their careers, those navigating change, and those in leadership roles. What matters is not your title, but the stage you are in and the questions you are facing.
I primarily work online, which offers flexibility and allows us to work together regardless of location. When circumstances and logistics allow, I am also happy to meet in person.
Mentoring is not about giving answers. It is about helping you make your own decisions that are conscious, aligned with your values and grounded in reality.
