A Place Where Early-Career Talent Learns, Grows and Finds Direction

Her Digital Bar is a non-profit educational initiative I founded on March 8, 2020.

From the very beginning, its mission has been simple: to provide meaningful support for people at the start of their professional journey in the world of digital, technology and future-ready skills.

When I created Her Digital Bar, I knew that the beginning of a career is often filled with mixed signals. On one hand, new opportunities, responsibilities and roles appear. On the other, there is rarely enough space to pause and truly understand yourself, your strengths, your values and the direction you want to pursue.

Her Digital Bar was created to provide that space.

Why Her Digital Bar Was Created

I believe the beginning of a career is a unique moment, when it becomes especially important to understand both yourself and the world you are entering.

Young professionals quickly learn how to complete tasks, take on responsibilities and navigate their first roles. Far less often do they have the opportunity to pause and reflect on which skills will matter most in the long term and how to build a career with intention.

Her Digital Bar was created to offer that broader perspective, provide context, inspire reflection and support a more conscious entry into the worlds of digital, technology and modern business.

How Does Her Digital Bar Work?

From the very beginning, Her Digital Bar has been built around knowledge-sharing, meaningful conversations and practical experience.

I collaborate with experts, practitioners and leaders from the digital and technology industries to create:

  1. Educational webinars
  2. Workshops and training programmes
  3. Conversations and discussions about the realities of working in the industry

Between 2021 and 2023, in collaboration with ,,Korki z Digitalu”, Her Digital Bar supported more than 300 aspiring digital professionals. The programme focused on practical knowledge, understanding how the industry works and developing the skills needed to launch a successful career.

    Mentoring application form

    I analyze each application individually, attentively considering the individual's needs, goals, and career stage. I invite individuals to the mentoring program who I can truly help develop, make decisions, and achieve specific career goals.

    The mentoring program is commercial in nature. After reviewing applications, I contact selected individuals to discuss the possibilities of collaboration and its potential scope.

    From time to time, I also implement special mentoring and educational initiatives, which may be free of charge. I publish information about these programs on an ongoing basis.
